Global South

Thanks to the pioneering work of the Tanzania-Bondeni Community Land Trust in Kenya, the Fideicomiso de la Tierra del Caño Martín Peña in Puerto Rico, and Catalytic Communities in Brazil, there is great potential for the expansion of community land trusts in the Global South as a means to secure tenure for informal communities.
