The Chinatown Community Land Trust works for community control of the land, development without displacement, permanently affordable housing, and shared neighborhood spaces, consistent with the Chinatown Master Plan. CCLT is a membership-based organization, founded in 2015 by homeowners, tenant leaders, former residents, small business owners, and longtime activists, with a shared commitment to stabilize Boston Chinatown’s future as a neighborhood for immigrant, working class families, seniors and vibrant small businesses. The Associate Director will share in responsibilities for strategic advancement of the organization’s work. These may include community organizing, planning, and advocacy; coalition and partnership work; program, real estate, and project development and management; membership and organizational development; fundraising and financial management.
Community Farmland Trust – Agricultural Land Acquisitions Contractor: We are seeking a part-time contractor to support our farmland preservation efforts. This contracted position involves working with CFLT Board of Directors and staff to develop policies and protocols governing the acquisition and stewardship of fee title farmland and agricultural conservation easements to further CFLT’s mission. The contractor will collaborate regularly with CFLT Board and staff and will maintain consistent, transparent
communication throughout.

Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) is the community land trust established by DSNI to realize the neighborhood’s vision for development without displacement. Managing more than 30 acres of land, DNI oversees 226 affordable homes, a community farm, green spaces, playgrounds, and commercial areas. The Director of Sustainable Development will guide property management, sustainable development initiatives, resident stewardship efforts and help strengthen resident participation in shaping the neighborhood’s future.
Grounded Solutions Network – Regional Hub Manager: Grounded Solutions Network is a national nonprofit dedicated to shaping communities to be equitable, inclusive, and filled with opportunity for all. We promote the creation and preservation of quality housing that remains affordable for generations. The Manager for the Southwest Regional Hub leads efforts to expand and strengthen lasting affordable housing models across Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Working collaboratively with national Grounded Solutions staff, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for our work across the region, focusing on relationship management, development, advocacy, capacity building, and technical assistance for local partners. The Manager will also foster cross-state collaboration and build relationships with funders and policymakers to support long-term housing affordability and shared equity homeownership. This position will be responsible for hiring and managing additional Hub staff in the future.
Headwaters Community Housing Trust – Communications and Fundraising Manager: Headwaters is a community-based, not-for-profit organization in Bozeman, MT committed to expanding the supply of permanent, below-market homes that local working households can afford to buy. The Communications and Fundraising Manager will increase Headwaters’ visibility and support in the community through the creation and implementation of a strategic communications strategy executed across different media. These efforts will serve to both grow awareness and financial support for Headwaters’ mission while educating the Gallatin Valley community on pro-housing policy solutions that support a more affordable community.

Working closely with the Executive Director and the Board Fundraising Committee, the Development Director leads philanthropic strategy, grows donor support, strengthens community visibility, and ensures consistent donor stewardship. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, proactive outreach, excellent follow-through, and the ability to communicate HTOC’s mission in compelling ways.
Northern California Land Trust – Woolsey Gardens Project Director: The Woolsey Gardens Project Director reports directly to the Executive Director and works with internal and external collaborators to lead development initiatives from feasibility through completion. With an initial focus on the Woolsey Gardens project, this role is responsible for structuring and securing $25–30M in financing and raising approximately $10M in funding, while also supporting new project development as opportunities arise and collaborating across departments.
