Community Land Trust of West Marin – Community Engagement Associate: CLAM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Engagement Associate to provide administrative support across fundraising, communications, and events. This position is designed to support the efforts of senior staff while gaining valuable professional experience. The Community Engagement Associate will assist CLAM’s fundraising, communications, and event planning efforts. This position will focus on administrative tasks such as maintaining donor records, supporting fundraising initiatives, assisting with communications tasks, and helping organize events.
EPACANDO / Pahali Community Land Trust – Program Director and Project Manager: We are recruiting for two positions: Program Director for our emerging Community Owned Real Estate program, and CLT Project Manager for our affiliate, Pahali Community Land Trust. Both are part of a small staff who have deep roots in the community and work closely with a strong network of partners and specialists.

- Director of Finance: The Director of Finance has primary responsibility for the overall financial strategy, management, and oversight needed to support strategic objectives. They will be a hands-on leader and will oversee an internal team and consultants (including outside accountants) to support the following areas: annual budgeting and financial planning, annual audit, banking, financial reporting, cash flow projections, business support and analysis, grants management, invoicing, and general accounting functions.
- Director of Operations: Grounded Solutions Network is looking for a Director of Operations who shares a commitment to our mission and can help the organization grow and thrive. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the resources, infrastructure, and systems needed to support strategic objectives. The Director will be responsible for managing an internal team and consultants to support the following areas: human resources, compliance, contracts, risk management, legal administration, and organization-wide systems and processes.
Liberty Community Land Trust – Real Estate Associate Project Manager: As a Real Estate Associate Project Manager, you’ll spearhead community-centered development projects, from inception to completion. Long Beach Residents Empowered (LiBRE) – CLT Membership Coordinator: The CLT Membership Coordinator is an essential part of the operations of LiBRE’s Community Land Trust (CLT) project and reports to the CLT Director to assist in building the membership and community base of the CLT project. Key duties include working closely with the CLT Director to facilitate workshops (including virtual workshops), art projects, community gatherings, meetings, and other actions to involve Long Beach residents as CLT Members, volunteers, and as part of the community land trust movement, and represent LiBRE in meetings and events as required.
Mountain View Community Land Trust – Administrator: Mountain View CLT is a nonprofit community land trust initiated in late 2022 by a group of working class, primarily Latina immigrant community members to acquire and preserve affordable housing in community control in order to address displacement, lack of housing stability and affordability, and housing justice. We envision a future where working class, Latina immigrant mothers like Leadership Council and their families have dignified, safe, long-term, stable, community controlled, affordable housing. The Administrator is responsible for supporting the construction of an institutionally powerful and recognized organization together with the Leadership Council and a team of talented staff committed to supporting leaders of community organizations. The Administrator participates in strategic planning, convenes the Leadership Council, and assumes responsibility for the work of the MVCLT, including the development and training of work teams to improve their effectiveness.
Oakland Community Land Trust – Asset Manager: OakCLT is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated person in the role of Asset Manager. The Asset Manager will be responsible for stewarding the financial health of OakCLT projects and attending to the various compliance requirements of funders, lenders, and government agencies. The Asset Manager will join a small, highly-dedicated interdisciplinary team, and will work closely with the Operations and Finance Director, Executive Director, property and project managers, as well as OakCLT residents.

- Real Estate Developer Affordable Homeownership: Homestead seeks an experienced housing developer to manage development of homes from conception to completion. The developer will work under the supervision of the Director of Real Estate Development in managing current projects, developing our pipeline, and working with community partners.
Women’s Community Revitalization Project – Executive Director: WCRP is seeking an Executive Director (ED) who will oversee our work spanning affordable housing development, supportive services, property and asset management, community outreach, organizing, and advocacy while also positioning the organization to adapt to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
